EMDR & KAP THERAPY
Intensive Therapy
EMDR, KAP or couples KAP therapy, delivered with warmth, safety and a depth-oriented approach in long sessions over several days.
Why Intensives?
Why Would I Choose an Intensive?
You feel stuck with talk therapy and want more significant movement. Perhaps you haven’t been in therapy in awhile, but feel stuck in life and would like some change that feels profound vs. the pace of traditional talk therapy.
A shorter timeframe is appealing due to your schedule and life circumstances that don’t allow you to commit to consistent weekly therapy.
While intensives can be remote, they are primarily offered in person in San Francisco. A retreat option is also available on the coast near San Francisco, in Pacifica and Half Moon Bay.
